To deal Crazy Pineapple Poker, just act like you are dealing Texas Hold’em, but deal three cards to each player instead of two. You still have your small and big blind to the left of the dealer button, there may be antes included, and betting will occur like normal preflop betting.
Note: in Pineapple Hold’em (non-crazy version) each player would discard one card and make a two-card hand before the flop.
Immediately following the first round of betting, the dealer turns over three community cards known as the flop. These community cards can be used with your hand to make the best five card poker hand. Another round of betting will take place just like in Texas Hold’em. After this flop bet, before the turn card, everyone must discard one of their hole cards and create a two-card hand.
Following the discard, the rest of the hand will play out like a Hold’em hand. The dealer will deal the fourth community card known as the turn and there will be a round of betting. Crazy Pineapple Poker is a variation on the classic hold’em game of Texas Hold’em. Like Texas Hold’em, Crazy Pineapple is suitable for 3-8 players. Crazy Pineapple Poker gives three hole cards to each player, but players give up one of their hole cards immediately after the flop.Crazy Pineapple Poker Rules
When players sit down at the table to play Crazy Pineapple Poker, a dealer is selected. Usually this is signified by a white chip or button. As a result, the dealer is often called the button. After each hand, the player sitting to the previous dealer’s left is given the button and he or she becomes the new dealer. The player to the dealer’s left places a wager called the small blind. The player to the left of the small blind places the big blind, which is usually twice the value of the small blind. These wagers are called blinds because they are placed before any cards are dealt, so those making the wagers are effectively “blind.”
After the blinds have been placed, three cards are dealt to each player. The players do not show their cards to anyone else. After these three hole cards are given out, the first round of betting begins. Starting with the player to the left of the big blind, each player can choose one of three options. He can elect to call the bet by matching the current wager, raise the current bet by adding more money to the pot, or fold. A player who has folded gives up all the money he has wagered so far, but does not risk any further money. After the round of betting is complete, the first three community cards, collectively known as the flop, are dealt.Crazy Pineapple Poker Rules Card Game
Immediately after the flop, Crazy Pineapple Poker rules dictate that each player must surrender one of his or her hole cards. Players select the card that they are most willing to part with and give it back to the dealer. After the cards are surrendered, there is another round of betting. This round begins with the player who placed the small blind, and proceeds around the table, with players calling, raising, or folding as they choose. After this round of betting, the fourth community card, called the turn, is dealt. This is again followed by a round of betting. Then the fifth card, known as the river, is dealt. Following one more round of betting, there is a showdown. This means that the players who remain in the game, that is, those who have not folded, show their cards, and the one with the best hand consisting of five of the seven cards wins the pot.
